HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ITEM?
Your order will be processed within 2-3 days with an estimated delivery time between 3-5 days. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ISN’T DELIVERED?

DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes we provide international shipping. You will find the countries applicable in the drop down section of the delivery details in the checkout section.
CAN I AMMEND MY ORDER?
If you have not received confirmation your order has been shipped, please email info@branddsownit.com as soon as possible with your order number and details of the amendment.
HOW DO I REFUND AN ITEM?
If you are not satisfied with your item or you would like to exchange your item for another, please contact info@branddsownit.com. The request must be made within 14 days of purchasing the item.
All items that are be returned must be unworn and in the original BRANDDS packaging.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If you require an exchange, please fill out the returns/exchange slip including the order number outlining which item you would prefer and the size and colour of applicable.
You will need to put the returning items in their original packaging with the return slip. BRANDDS is not responsible for any return costs and the shipping costs for the new items.
