UK DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 3 days of purchase and shipped via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times within the UK are between 3-5 business days, depending on your location. We aim to ensure that your order arrives as promptly as possible, but delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way to you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. All applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. We provide tracking information for all orders, so you can follow your purchase as it makes its way to you. By placing an international order, you agree to the terms and conditions of our shipping policy.

RETURNS
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via info@branddsownit.com and fill the form or click Contact Us page to initiate the return process. After initiating the return or exchange process, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item reaches us within the 14-day timeframe. You can use mail, delivery service providers or you can return the item in person.
14 DAYS TO RETURN
If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help. We offer returns or exchanges, at your cost, within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return an item for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For an item to be returned to BRANDDS, the following details must be provided:
Proof of purchase- document handed over to you together with the item on delivery.
Original packaging- the original packaging of the item.
Any free promotional items- gifts or accessories delivered with the purchased item.
Valid return reason- refer to the sections below for more details.
To ensure that the returned item reaches us securely:
Pack the items properly. Package the unworn, unwashed items, with original tags, using the original packaging provided, whenever possible. Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope, bag or box to prevent damage during transit. If returning items from multiple orders, make sure to include all the order receipts in the return package.
Label the package. Securely attach a return label to the package(s).
Mail/send the package(s) back to us.
